Ginger root contains gingerol, which helps with pain relief.

"I love these drinks. You can tell that real ginger is added to these drinks and there is nothing artificial added. Cherry Delight is my favorite with Citrus Mist a close second. I would say these two are the most favorable with the cherry and lemon tastes complementing the ginger. The Sunshine Burst is a refreshing, low-calorie drink. I add splashes of the Fresh Zest to a water bottle to sip after dinner and it takes away the feeling of being full (especially after eating something heavy). I plan to try it warm to drink at bedtime.
